blog hiatus!

i know i haven't updated in what seems like a century, but i do sorta almost have an excuse...

i'm moving!

for reasons that are unimportant, i'm moving across the street from my current place. what does that mean for guerill[a]rtfare? a blog hiatus* for the time being. once i officially move in i won't have internet for quite some time. so i'm going to enjoy the rest of my summer and spend it in my new backyard with my beautiful puppy and wonderful friends and i'll be back sometime around fall! (hopefully with some big news!)


but i'm not going to leave you hanging! here's a peak into the wonderland of my backyard.. and my tillymunster! my how she has grown!

* a blog hiatus by no means a crafting hiatus! huzzah!

i named her after The Wall and she loves Tall Tall Grass. Hard to believe my beast is 8 months old already, haha. Tonight we took a walk around Powderhorn park where we explored the water ... and the dirt. now she's my little silly stinky swampmonster.

today it reached 64 degrees in the minneap! for those of you not familiar with minnesota, anything above 20 degrees midmarch is basically shorts weather. i was abrubtly awoken around 8:30 this morning (7:30 predaylight savings) after going to bed around 4 am. i rolled out of bed at 9:30 ate breakfast and starting my coffee regiment for the day before i headed to work. i had a 2 shot depth charge followed by a 2 shot mocha (with coldpress instead of milk). i sat down finished reading Assata Shakur's autobiography while listening to BK One & Brother Ali's newest albums. tilly and i played outside for a while then i biked to work and drank 12 more oz of cold press. halfway through my shift i was notified via email that i won this gem on ebay!

now i sit here drinking a vault and mentally preparing myself to head to cambridge tomorrow. i'm going to spend the next few days relaxing, socializing tilly, and crafting... goodbye minneapolis, hello boredom!

my new puppy, tilly!

she's the most adorable 6-week old English Bulldog Lab mix ever! My mom craiglisted me her sister about a week ago and after calling found out that the brindle pup was already sold. not even two days later i get a phone call from my mom asking if i wanted this instead:

how could i say no? my mom tried to hold out and keep her until christmas, but with my two other dogs at home it just wasn't working out. so i got her today! sofrickencute.
